Built from rugged polyurethane with excellent chemical resistance, SpillSmart Drain Seal stands up to oils, fuels and many aggressive chemicals you encounter around workshops, decanting points and refuelling bays. The tacky surface helps the seal conform to the surface for reliable performance on clean, flat surrounds.

Right-sizing is simple: pick a seal at least 15 cm wider than the drain’s outer edge. Standard sizes (450/600/900/1200 mm, 5 mm thick) make it easy to kit out every location consistently—and to train staff on a single, repeatable method.

Maintenance is straightforward. The SpillSmart Drain Seal is reversible and reusable; just wash with non-abrasive detergent or petroleum solvent cleaner, dry, and store. Add the optional PVC carry bag so seals live where they’re needed—on utes, in maintenance carts or beside high-risk drains. (Reminder: keep vehicles and machinery off the seal.)
