IBC COVERS

IBC Spill Bunds are a great choice providing secondary containment for leaks and spills whilst storing IBC’s. However, for IBC’s in outdoor storage scenario’s, periods of rainy weather can fill the bunds sump potentially risking spilt liquid overflowing out of the bund.

SpillSmart IBC Bund covers have been designed to prevent rain from reaching the bund sump preventing overflow spills whilst providing the IBC with UV and weather protection. They are manufactured from HD, UV resistant PVC with a variety of options including, size, access points, zipper & Velcro options, eyelets and shock cord to tighten the base of the cover. They are manufactured to suit specific site requirements in our Brisbane factory with quick turnaround times and a high standard of workmanship.

FIRE HOSE REEL COVERS

Australian made from heavy-duty UV stabilized red PVC, designed to cover your hose reel to keep them in good working order. BUND PLUG KIT

SpillSmart Bund Plug Kit is a practical D.I.Y. solution for simply draining unwanted liquid from your PVC Bund and resealing it tight again. It’s simple to install with clear step by step instructions and includes everything you require for a successful installation. It’s great for removing liquid where the Bund is utilised in a wash bay or even to remove rain water in an outdoor storage scenario. Additionally, a filter bag may be attached to the Bund Plug, to capture Hydrocarbons, grease, oil and solids as liquid drains from the Bund.

CONTAMINATED WASTE BAGS

SpillSmart Contaminated Waste Bags ensures the completion of a spill clean-up is handled safely and correctly.

The clearly marked heavy duty polyethylene bag clearly identifies the contents to ensure the waste is not misjudged as general waste.

Fill the bag to approximately ¾ to ensure adequate length is available to securely seal the bag with a cable tie. These bags offer great strength and chemical resistance. Always dispose contaminated waste in accordance with government authorities.
