SpillSmart Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinets provide convenient access to chemicals and liquids frequently used without compromising safety. By storing flammable liquids in this cabinet, you reduce fire risks whilst protecting workers. When storing many different chemicals, it is critical to consult with SDS sheets to ensure incompatible chemicals are segregated to avoid the potential of dangerous explosions or reactions. The manufactures SDS Sheets should be reviewed to determine chemical characteristics and recommended storage practices.

These cabinets meet Australian Standards 1940 and feature a double wall thermal barrier, dual side vents and automated self-closing doors. For added security a key lock door handle and 3 point latch locking system is provided to the 180 degree opening doors. Polyethylene spill collection trays are on each shelf and in the sump to protect against accidental spills. For added protection, additional undercoat etch is used and completed in a durable high gloss powder coat finish providing excellent chemical resistance.

When storing many different chemicals, it is critical to consult with the liquids SDS sheets to ensure incompatible chemicals are segregated to avoid the potential of dangerous reactions. The manufactures SDS Sheets should be reviewed to determine chemical characteristics and recommended storage practices.

These cabinets are built to comply with AS 3780 for the safe storage of corrosive substances and are designed with quality safety features including a double-wall thermal barrier, built-in flash arrester and vent opening with an optional earthing point and cable provided. Other inclusions featured are polyethylene spill collection trays on each shelf and in the sump to protect against accidental spills. The polyethylene trays have high chemical resistance and are easy to clean any potential drips and leaks. For security, key lock door handles and a three point latch locking system compliment 180 degree opening doors for easy shelf removal and shelf height adjustment.

*Not suitable for high fuming acids such as Phenol, Nitric Acid & Sulphuric Acid.
