SpillSmart Absorbent Poly Pads and Rolls are available in General Purpose, Oil-Only and HazChem varieties.

These products are used in a variety of situations. The General Purpose pads and rolls are best for the absorption of non-aggressive fluids such as oil, water, glycols etc. Our Oil-Only pads and rolls are ideal for skimming oil off water, wiping down greasy tools and machine parts and our HazChem varieties are specifically designed for laboratory situations for the absorption of hazardous chemicals including acids and many other caustic fluids.

ABSORBENT PILLOWS

Australian-made, biodegradable SpillSmart Pillows are ideal for absorbing large amounts of spilled hydrocarbons and hazardous liquids, where a pad just simply isn’t enough.

Organic and poly pillows are designed to catch slow leaks or drips and absorb oil, water and chemicals in wet or dry applications.

ABSORBENT SOCKS

Envirosmart manufactures a diverse range of polypropylene and organic socks. Poly socks are filled with super absorbent polypropylene to soak up spills fast. Organic socks are designed for land-based spills. These socks are all organic and biologically active to assist in the bioremediation of absorbed oils. Primarily designed as a barrier but can also be used in spill kits. Organic socks are naturally thirstier and heavy than the traditional polypropylene socks.

SPILLSMART BOOMS

Polypropylene booms are highly absorbent and used for the containment of spills on water. They clip together making it simple to create very long lengths. Our booms are UV resistant and available in two styles:

Single Skinned – This product is made from very tough shade cloth and filled with poly particulate. Because of its strength and durability, it doesn’t require a rope through the product and therefore has eyelets and clips to allow them to be joined.

SAND FILLED BOOMS

SpillSmart Sand Filled Bunding Booms are designed to act as a reusable silt containment sock, contain liquids on hard surfaces or divert liquid to a collection point. They are dispatched empty and filled by the client on site.

Manufactured from high strength, durable, UV stabilised PVC, these booms incorporate 50mm Poly webbing handles, providing easier handling on the job. Fill the boom with Sand or Gravel and place around various storm water inlets or across open drains to reduce or redirect water flow or contain a spill. Corner Connectors and Joiners are also available to create continuous lengths and optimal bunding solutions.

SpillSmart General Purpose Drum Cover Pads have been designed to rapidly absorb your largest pump, dispensing and overspray messes. Whilst keeping your drum tops in ‘Tip Top’ condition, these pads will assist to prevent drips and spills from hitting the floor whilst decanting liquids and remove the need to keep messy rags on hand.

They are premium quality, Heavy Duty and highly absorbent, with first class wicking and retention performance. These super thirsty pads will absorb most common industrial liquids including Oil, Fuel, Coolant, Degreasers, Solvents and much more!

These Light Weight pads are economical and therefore suit high usage worksites. They feature good absorbency, with great wicking and retention performance. Oil Only Light Weight Drum Cover Pads will take-up Hydrocarbons, Oil and Oil based fluids whilst resisting water. They are colour coded white for easy identification for use with Hydrocarbons and are easy to visualise saturation levels whilst placed on the steel drum top.

These super thirsty pads will absorb most common aggressive chemicals on drum tops including Acids and Bases, Oils, Fuels, Solvents, Paints, Citric Acid Sodium Hydroxide and water based fluids!
